To ensure that clients have the help they need, FXOpen provides a number of ways to access customer support. Once you have opened an account with the site, you can access live chat 24 hours a day, Måndag till fredag. You can also open a customer support ticket to a particular department from 0700 till 1600 GMT Monday to Friday. There are also phone lines that you can call if you are based in Russia, Nya Zeeland, Spain, Germany, France and Bahrain.
FXOpen Trading Account Information
There are four types of trading accounts that you can open. Once you have an account you have access to fifty currency pairs as well as gold and silver and CFD and allows you to trade a minimum 0.01 lots transaction size. The ECN account requires a minimum $100 starting deposit, while the STP and Crypto Trading accounts require only $10 initial deposit. The micro trading account allows you to open an account with as little as $1 and trade with 0.01 micro lot sizes, although trading limitations are applied and a maximum balance of $3,000 is applied.
FXOpen Trading Features
All accounts provide you with floating spreads and leverage of up to 1:500 (except for crypto accounts where leverage is 1:3). STP and Micro accounts charge no commissions while ECN accounts start at $15 per 1 mio and crypto accounts charge 0.5% of trade volume per round turn.
FXOpen Trading Software
The site uses the MetaTrader4, which is the most popular forex trading platform in the market. You can download and install the platform from the site and it provides you with features such as being able to trade manually or automatically using so-called forex robots, charting software and access to more than 50 graphic tools and analytics for technical analysis.
FXOpen Bonus System
Welcome bonuses are provided to those who open STP and Micro accounts, which match the minimum first deposit required.
